MXF workflow with DaVinci Resolve on Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

As we know, MXF files are often produced by high-end cameras and camcorders, like Sony, Panasonic, and Canon to store video, audio, and programmed data. However, MXF as a container format, still can not be supported well by many video editing programs like Davinci Resolve. If you are having troubles when working MXF files with DaVinci Resolve 9/10/11/12, you may find a solution here in this post. It displays how to transcode MXF to DaVinci Resolve more firendly video formats for smooth editing.

Though DaVinci Resolve supports MXF files in theory, sometimes DaVinci won't import the MXF files. That’s probably because MXF is a relatively complicated format to handle. So the best way to let DaVinci Resolve work with MXF clips is to convert MXF files to Davinci Resolve most compatible format like DNxHD. And to finish the task, iFastime Video Converter Ultimate for Mac is just the best choice. With it, it becomes a peice of cake to change MXF files to DaVinci Resolve editable files on Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan. Plus, it also works in various video (4K/DVD/Blu-ray included) files to various NLEs on Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan or Windows 10.
